Remember that when cooking in the air fryer, it’s always best that the food is in a single layer. This allows the hot air to circulate around the food.

Aluminum foil or parchment paper can be added to the bottom of your air fryer basket, which tends to help with cleanup. Remember to have the food weigh the foil or paper down before turning the air fryer on.

If you need to preheat, lay metal silverware 1-2 spoons, or forks on top of the paper or foil to keep it weighted down before adding the food. Remember the silverware will be warm when removing it.

Each recipe card will have full detailed instructions on how to proceed with the recipe. Remember that many recipes can also be adapted to be made gluten-free.

For best results be sure to follow each recipe carefully.

If you have a smaller air fryer then you may need to cook in batches, this means that you will do a few at a time before completing all of the food. The best way to keep food warm during batches is to place it on parchment paper lined baking sheet in the oven at 200 degrees F.
