Stuffed Peppers are a favorite in our household, especially during the summer.  Why?

Because our garden is full of fresh bell peppers, perfect for making stuffed peppers.

How to Make Air Fryer Stuffed Peppers:

Making Stuffed Peppers in the Air Fryer is very simple. It’s even easy to mix up some of what is stuffed into the peppers too.

Air Fryer Stuffed Peppers

These Stuffed Peppers will use ground beef with a few seasonings along with cooked rice and marinara then topped with cheese.

If you’d like to add additional seasonings or even extra vegetables, you can do that as well.

It’s important to remember to get peppers that are nice and full on the bottom so that they can easily stand up on their own.

If they are not standing up on their own, you can lean them against each other; however, it’s preferable to make sure they do stand on their own.

Once you have them stuffed, these will cook in the air fryer at 355*F for about 15 minutes.

Remember that you can also make these in the Ninja Foodi or Ninja Speedi using the Air Fryer function.

Do you need to pre-cook the peppers?

These stuffed peppers are made in the air fryer from start to finish, so no pre-cooking is necessary.

We have always found these to come out perfectly tender, easy to cut, and mix right in with the meat mixture.
